| WENCOR AND KEDDEG ANNOUNCE LONG-TERM AGREEMENTS | | Springville, UT - May 6, 2010 | Wencor is pleased to announce the signing of a multi-year distribution agreement with Keddeg. Beginning immediately, Wencor will distribute Keddeg’s FAA-PMA (Parts Manufacturing Approval) filters outside of the United States. “The addition of Keddeg as a strategic business partner strengthens our filter offering and will ultimately benefit our customers,” says Nathan Dalton, V.P. Marketing & Business Development.
| Wencor and Keddeg have also agreed to partner on PMA filter development. Combining Keddeg’s expertise in air filter PMA development with Wencor’s extensive distribution capabilities will provide additional cost savings to customers.
