| Dixie Aerospace Signs New Distribution Agreement with GMF AeroAsia | | Peachtree City, GA - June 20, 2006 | Dixie Aerospace™ signed an agreement at the Wencor PMA Summit held last month in Bali, Indonesia, giving GMF AeroAsia the exclusive right to distribute parts in that region and to purchase parts for internal consumption. Sales of parts began March 2006.
"GMF AeroAsia, the MRO Leader in Indonesia, has actively sought a partner to fulfill the Potential Market (Demand) of MRO business in Indonesia valued at approximately 520 million (USD)," said Agus Sudarya, Director Line Operation of GMF AeroAsia. "GMF dominates the market with sales topping 230 million (USD). Along with the rapid growth of fleets in Indonesia (Third in Asia Pacific Region), GMF is confident that the partnership with Dixie Aerospace will enhance GMF capabilities to serve Indonesian and International Customers."
The agreement with GMF AeroAsia strengthens Dixie Aerospace's market presence in the region. GMF AeroAsia already has strong business relationships in the region and a clear understanding of the opportunities that exist in the Indonesian market.
