| Dixie Aerospace Announces Acquisition of Precision Resources, Inc. | | Peachtree City, GA - February 12, 2009 | Dixie Aerospace today announced that it has acquired Precision Resources, Inc., a distributor of aircraft miniature bearings. This acquisition will strengthen Dixie Aerospace’s position as a worldwide leader in distribution of bearing product to the aviation industry by broadening its product offering in support of the general aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) market.

Kit has 22 years of bearing business experience and will remain located in Wichita, Kansas with her team in order to focus on the customer base and grow the general aviation business for Dixie Aerospace.
